Schladming (Austria), Septembre 13th 2008 - Dolphin-Trek rider Nico Vink has finished his last World Cup at a slightly disappoiting 35th position. "The course was a bit sketchy. I almost lost it at a couple of points on the track, and this has cost me about 4 seconds is my guess." Sam Blenkinsop was on it all weekend; he was fastest in training, qualification and held his nerves during the race as well....his first World Cup win is a fact. Sam Hill came in second, whilst Gee Atherton came in third. Overall winner of this year's World Cup is Greg Minnaar.
Nico Vink will be racing at Leogang next week and is focused to set a good result there.
